Our council is incorporated in the State of New Jersey as a non-profit organization directed by an Executive Board who oversee council affairs without salary or reimbursement. We consider ourselves to be truly fortunate to have the number of quality volunteers that have dedicated their time to our council. And it is gratifying to see, as indicated in our Scout Executive Letter, that they are getting as much out of scouting as they’re putting into it! The Council employs eight professional, one aide and nine support staff members that guide and support 4,000 adult volunteer leaders in service to 15,000 Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, Ventures, Explorers, and Learning for Life program participants.
