During the summer season, running Memorial Day through Labor Day (give or take a week), you may access the beach but you must be off the club's property by about 9 AM. Before or after the season, access is quite easy and you can stay longer, as most clubs are closed. Starting at Ship Ahoy Beach Club and moving south along Ocean Avenue, access can be gained at the following: Ship Ahoy B.C.; Surf rider; Anchorage B.C.; Sea Bright B.C.; Sea Bright Public Beach; Donovan's; Trade winds; Edgewater B.C.; Driftwood B.C. 			time parking is available 310 Rt 35N and 440 Rt 35N with drop off 
			point also at 354 Rt 35N. Walk on points are located at these three 
			locations with fishing allowed for the whole beach.

				hours per day providing that during this period they actively 
				fish or park in a designated location. Access to the park is

				vehicles on the fishing beaches may be obtained at the Park's

It is recommended that vehicles use the intertidal zone when possible. Its harder packed sands provide better traction than the loose sands of the beach. Occasionally some areas of Holgate's beach may not be accessible to vehicles due to ongoing, naturally occurring variations in beach width, or because of excessively high tides.
