The NJBBA Volunteer Appreciation Day B & Fishing Tourney vs Hudson River Fisherman’s Association November 19th, 2023.    

This event is starting at 7:00 AM in Island Beach State Park Area 7.

PARTICIPATING NJBBA MEMBERS MUST BE IN GOOD STANDING

MEMBERS MAY JUST ATTEND THE BBQ AND NOT FISH

Meet up on the beach at Fishermen's Walkway Area 7.

This is a FREE event for members of the NJBBA and the HRFA.

An entry fee of $25 for non-members will cover cost of food & prizes.

Plus support the efforts of both clubs. Pay by check or cash at the beach.

NJBBA vs HRFA FISHING TOURNEY

Registration at IBSP is from 7AM - 8AM

Fishing starts at 8 AM

Fishing ends at 12 PM

BBQ on the beach to follow

Award Ceremony at approx.: 2 PM

. You can start fishing as soon as you register.

BUT…

If you preregister you can start fishing at 7am --- “NOT ANY SOONER”

Please let us know if you are attending for a food head count.

The angler with the largest fish in length wins a trophy and their name and

their club's name will be added to the HRFA perpetual plaque.
