Individuals that prefer to make their payment for their membership by credit card will be charged a credit card processing fee of $5.00 for General Member, $2.50 for each additional Family Member.

To make a payment by mail, please download our Membership Application, complete the application, and mail in the application along with the check or money order to the address on the application.
